UK Court Grants Nigeria Leave To Appeal PID $9.6bn Judgement

A United Kingdom court has granted the Federal Government of Nigeria leave to appeal against the award and enforcement of the judgment that asked Process and Industrial Developments (PID) Limited to seize $9.6bn in Nigerian assets.
The court gave the order on Thursday
The court is now hearing an application for stay of execution of the judgement.
