President Muhammadu Buhari would arrive in his home town of Daura in Katsina State tomorrow for private visit and official working visit to the state as well as for the state economic summit.
The state Governor, Aminu Bello Masari, told journalists today at the government house that the president's visit is purely non-partisan and therefore enjoined people, irrespective of political leaning, to show respect and regards to a visiting president.
Masari called for support and cooperation from people in the state for a hitch-free hosting of the president's official visit to his state.
The governor noted that the culture and religion of people in the state encouraged them to be hospitable and accommodating to visitors.
He added that President Buhari's working visit to the state is also homecoming.
On the forthcoming state economic and investment summit, Masari said 100 Firms have indicated interest to participate.
He pointed out that the summit would be an opportunity to set an agenda for development that will outlive the present generation.
He assured the state commitment to provide land, security and all the necessary requirement to attract investors.
