COVID-19: Kwara NYSC Posts out Corps Members

About 2,000 National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) members undergoing orientation at the NYSC camp at Yikpata, Kwara State, have been posted out in compliance with the federal government directive to prevent the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID -19) in the camps.



The state Coordinator of NYSC, Mrs. Francisca Olaleye, made the disclosure while speaking with journalists in Ilorin, the state capital, on Wednesday.



According to her, all corps members have been made to leave the camp before the end of today (Wednesday).

 

Olaleye explained that vehicles have been provided to transport them to their various primary area of assignments in the local government areas of the state.



She noted also that all corps members have been sensitised on the need to observe basic hygiene in their place of primary assignments to prevent the disease.
