Governor Mimiko Disengages
All His Aides
Today, the Ondo State Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, announced the
disengagement of his Special Assistants (SAs) and Senior Special
Assistants (SSAs).
The announcement of the disengagement was conveyed to the state by Mimiko in a meeting with the outgoing aides at the Babafunke Ajasin Auditorium, Alagbaka, Akure.
The governor who thanked all the outgoing aides for their selfless service to his government and the state, also solicited their continued support for his administration, saying the disengagement has become necessary in view of the restructuring and repositioning efforts of his government for better service delivery.
"I can only thank you for your services to the government and people
of this state who elected us to deliver sundry democratic
dividends. I appreciate your selflessness and dedication and wish you well in your future endeavours," Mimiko said.
The governor prayed that the Lord should reward the former aides as they have contributed to his government and the state during their period in office.
