The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign rally will take place on Wednesday at the Eagle Square in Abuja.
The rally, which is expected to mark the count down to the party's preparation for the presidential election billed for Saturday, will give President Muhammadu Buhari the opportunity to present his "Next Level" agenda to Nigerians resident in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
As part of the final preparations for the Abuja presidential campaign rally, the national leadership of the party met with the Directors of the Campaign Council at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Also, the party has mobilised thousands of supporters from all the neighbouring states to the FCT to storm the Abuja rally.
While confirming the schedule for the rally in a telephone conversation with THISDAY yesterday, the National Publicity Secretary of APC, Mallam Lanre Isa-Onilu said that President Buhari, former Lagos governor, Bola Tinubu, Adams Oshiomhole and other party leaders bigwigs are expected to attend the campaign rally.
The APC Spokesman also said that the president is expected to proceed to his home state in Katsina state for the final campaign rally.
It is expected that President Buhari will retire to his home town, Daura where he will be participating in the 2019 presidential election next Saturday.
As at late evening, the party is still keeping details of the campaign rally secret.
However, the Eagle Square has been decorated with party flags and campaign podium all in readiness for the rally.
