The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced that

16 Kogi State governorship election.
The party had suspended the campaign for two days
to commiserate with the Director-General of the Campaign Organisation, Hon.
Tajudeen Yusuf, who lost his wife last Saturday.
PDP in a statement by its National Publicity
Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, stated that on November 6, the party would be
campaigning in Kogi and Lokoja Local Government Areas, while on November 7, the
party would campaign in Kabba-Bunu and Ijumu LGAs.
On November 8, PDP would take its campaign to
Mopa-Amuro, Yagba East and Yagba West LGAs, while on November 9, the party would campaign in Okene
and Ajaokuta, and embarked on a door-to-door campaign in Kogi West on November 11.
Ologbondiyan added that on November 12, the party
would also embark on a stakeholders' consultation, voters sensitisation and
campaigns across the state, while on November 13, the grand finale of the
campaign would take place in Ayingba.
The party said it acknowledged the support of the
people of Kogi State in standing with the party in the collective determination
to flush out the “draconian, tactless, visionless rudderless and anti-people
government in Kogi State.”
